Lose 20kgs forever!
Below is a picture of me over 15 years ago, before I lost 20kgs. I carrying that weight for years. Not only did I lose the weight, but I have figured out how to keep it off. I had to change what I was thinking, give up the fad diets and learn to love myself.
Now I love helping other women lose weight and keep it off.
When I tried to lose weight, before, I felt like I was fighting myself. Each time I started a new diet I would have such good intentions of sticking to it this time. Yet somehow, I would end up back eating the same old food within a few days, or weeks. Or I would lose weight only to put it all back on again …. plus a few more Kilo’s. Does any of this sound familiar?
I would beat myself up for looking fat. Beat myself up for having no willpower. And feel like crap almost every day.

The secret is to learn to manage and understand our thoughts and feelings. When our thoughts and feelings are on board with losing weight, we stop having to fight ourselves. We can stay motivated and focused. we can finally reach our ideal, healthy weight.
